Emma was born and raised in Normandy (Rouen, France) and moved to England at age 17. She received a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Essex, UK and a Bachelor of Laws and master’s degree from the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in France. She joined the University of Miami School of Law in August 2020 as an International Arbitration LLM Candidate where she received a merit-based scholarship from the International Arbitration Institute. She is currently enrolled in the J.D. and will graduate with a Joint JD/LLM in December 2022.
During her studies, she interned at several law firms in Paris, France, Washington D.C. and Miami, as well as in international banks.
Emma is particularly interested in international business litigation, and is passionate about civil procedure issues and conflict of laws.
During her free time, Emma enjoys traveling, cooking, going to the beach and golfing.
