Gabriella Ledbetter’s practice focuses on Company Set-Ups, Business Contract Drafting, Corporate Acquisitions and Re-Structuring, and Intellectual Property Matters, specifically trademarks and copyrights.
Gabriella Ledbetter graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law with her Juris Doctor. While in law school, she was a member of the International and Comparative Law Review, made the Dean’s List and received the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award in Federal Income Tax. Gabriella graduated from Florida State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and was a member of the accounting society, Beta Alpha Psi. During her time in undergraduate studies, she interned at a predominant Miami CPA firm.
On a Personal Note: Gabriella enjoys staying active, traveling to new places, and being around friends and family.
