Jose was born in New York City and grew up in Tallahassee, Florida.
He has volunteered with several immigration non-profits before going to law school, including the International Rescue Committee and the No More a Stranger Foundation. Since beginning law school at the University of Miami, Jose has explored several career options in transactional and litigation law and anticipates on graduating with an area of focus in transactional law.
In his free time, Jose enjoys spending time with his two dogs, his wife and newborn son. If he can find any spare time, he enjoys playing poker and practicing the piano.
