Tiffany Guerrero

Tiffany is an estate planning attorney helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what they have spent a lifetime building. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, business succession planning, and domestic and international wealth transfer strategies.

Growing up, Tiffany watched her mother build and operate her own small business for more than 30 years. She witnessed firsthand the long hours, sacrifices, and determination it takes to build something meaningful from the ground up. That experience shaped her appreciation for entrepreneurship and inspired her passion for helping clients protect not only their wealth, but the legacy they have worked so hard to create.

Today, Tiffany works with entrepreneurs, professionals, high-net-worth families, and international clients to develop thoughtful estate plans that preserve wealth while addressing the legal and tax complexities that accompany significant assets. She enjoys helping clients navigate the complexities of domestic and cross-border planning, including strategies designed to minimize estate and gift taxes, protect family businesses, and facilitate the efficient transfer of wealth to future generations. Whether a client is preparing a succession plan, planning for retirement, or navigating the unique challenges of international ownership structures, Tiffany provides practical, personalized guidance designed to protect both their assets and the people they care about most. Tiffany was recognized as a 2026 Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star in Estate Planning and is currently pursuing her LL.M. in Taxation with a Certificate in Estate Planning from Georgetown University, further strengthening her knowledge of sophisticated planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and international families.
