Tiffany Guerrero

Tiffany Guerrero is a Trusts and Estates Attorney at EPGD Business Law, specializing in Estate Planning.

Tiffany has been with the firm since 2022, where she began her career working as a law clerk.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law,
where she was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society as a national competitor and
served as Managing Editor on the Executive Board of the Nova Law Review. She is currently
pursuing her LL.M. in Taxation with a Certificate in Estate Planning from Georgetown
University Law Center, further deepening her knowledge in complex tax matters that impact
high-net-worth individuals and families.

During her time at EPGD Business Law, Tiffany discovered a profound passion for estate
planning—particularly in navigating taxable estates and helping clients develop strategies to
minimize estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. She is committed to crafting
thoughtful, customized plans that not only preserve family wealth across generations but also
align with each client’s values, goals, and long-term legacy. Her growing expertise in tax law
enhances her ability to guide clients through intricate planning decisions, especially those
involving closely held businesses, charitable giving, and intergenerational transfers.

Tiffany believes that empowering clients with clear, accessible information is essential to
effective planning. She takes the time to ensure that individuals and families understand their
options, enabling them to make confident and informed decisions about their financial futures.
Her commitment to service and advocacy drives her to make a positive impact in the lives of her
clients, guiding them through some of life’s most significant transitions with compassion and
expertise.

Her practice also includes business succession planning, ensuring that clients’ business legacies
are preserved and passed on seamlessly to the next generation. Coming from a family of
entrepreneurs, Tiffany understands the unique concerns business owners face and works
diligently to integrate both personal and business objectives into a unified estate and tax strategy.
By blending legal knowledge, tax insight, and a client-centered approach, Tiffany helps clients
secure peace of mind and create enduring legacies.

In her free time, Tiffany enjoys Pilates classes, spending her weekends in the Keys, or listening
to the United States Supreme Court appellate arguments.
