Jennifer is Senior Litigation Counsel at EPGD Business Law, where she concentrates her practice on commercial and business litigation. She represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of civil matters, including complex contractual disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, arbitration, and business-related litigation in state and federal courts.
Jennifer has extensive experience litigating disputes arising out of business relationships from pre-suit strategy through trial and appeal and is known for her thoughtful, practical approach to advocacy. Clients value her ability to navigate complex disputes efficiently while keeping broader business objectives in focus.
Prior to joining EPGD, Jennifer represented insurers and businesses in coverage and contractual disputes, experience that continues to inform her strategic approach to risk assessment and litigation management. Born and raised in South Florida as a first-generation American, Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where she served as Articles Editor for the FIU Law Review and received the Jackson Lewis, LLP Labor and Employment Award. During law school, she gained hands-on experience as a Legal Intern with FIU’s Small Business Clinic and interned with the Honorable Frank A. Shepherd at Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal
