Holding dual technical degrees in Logistics Assistance and Administrative Assistance, he possesses a strategic approach to optimizing internal processes and delivering clear, empathetic, and rapid solutions within fast-paced environments. In his current practice, he leverages this comprehensive expertise to coordinate administrative operations and enhance the client experience from the very first point of contact.
