Aviv Asoulin represents local and international businesses in various transactions. He also works with start-ups, established businesses, and franchised businesses, providing full-service for their transactional needs as well as litigating related contractual issues.
Aviv Asoulin is an associate at EPGD Business Law, and graduated from The University of Miami School of Law. Aviv was born in Tel-Aviv, Israel and is fluent in Hebrew. Coming from a family of small business owners, Aviv is passionate about helping entrepreneurs succeed.
Before law school, Aviv received a B.S. in Legal Studies and a B.S. in Criminal Justice at the University of Central Florida. During his undergraduate studies, Aviv worked in a criminal law firm in Orlando, Florida.
Since Joining EPGD in May of 2018, Aviv has developed a focus on corporate transactional matters. Aviv has worked on a vast array of corporate matters including the formation and restructuring of business entities, drafting many transactional documents, and handling Trademark applications. Aviv also researches complex legal issues and drafts pleadings and motions for the litigation department.
On a Personal Note: In his free time, Aviv enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and watching the Miami Heat.
