Born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Alexander Nyvlt is currently a rising 2L at the University of Miami School of Law. On campus, Alexander is highly engaged in student leadership and the legal community, serving on the Executive Board for the AI and Law Society, the St. Thomas More Society, the Intellectual Property Law Society, and the Tech Law Society. Leveraging his academic background in economics, he has actively contributed to legal scholarship, notably publishing his article, “Echoes of Tradition: Artificial Intelligence and the Debate on Intellectual Property Rights,” in the 2024 McGill University Undergraduate Law Review. Outside of his rigorous legal studies, Alexander maintains a balanced lifestyle and enjoys running, lifting, and painting.
