His practice focuses on transactional matters, including but not limited to Commercial Law, Franchise Law, Employment Law, and Securities Law. Aviv was born in Tel-Aviv, Israel and is fluent in Hebrew. Coming from a family of small business owners, Aviv is passionate about helping entrepreneurs succeed.
Before law school, Aviv received a B.S. in Legal Studies and a B.S. in Criminal Justice at the University of Central Florida. During his undergraduate studies, Aviv worked in a criminal law firm in Orlando, Florida.
Since joining EPGD in May of 2018, Aviv has developed a focus on corporate transactional matters. Aviv has worked on a vast array of transactions including corporate acquisitions, employment law matters, corporate restructuring, and franchise creation. During his time at EPGD, Aviv has honed his problem-solving skills and learned to understand corporate problems from the business-owner’s perspective.
On a personal note, Aviv enjoys spending time with his wife and family. When he’s not spending time with his loved ones, he is probably playing or watching basketball or soccer. He is a big fan of the Miami Heat and F.C. Barcelona.
