Glenn Marks is a dedicated and accomplished trial attorney who brings strategic advocacy, analytical precision, and deep South Florida roots to the firm. Glenn focuses her practice on a versatile blend of complex litigation matters, including probate, trust, business, and guardianship disputes. Glenn also handles probate, trust, and guardianship administrations. Drawing on experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, Glenn brings a strategic, well-rounded perspective to every case, allowing her to effectively assess risk, anticipate challenges, and advocate for favorable outcomes. She is known for her meticulous preparation, strategic insight, and compassionate advocacy.
Glenn handles high-stakes disputes from inception through resolution, seamlessly managing pleadings, depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings to deliver compassionate and strategic outcomes for clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Glenn honed her skills as a Senior Associate Attorney at a distinguished estate and trust litigation boutique, gaining extensive experience in fiduciary and complex civil litigation.
Glenn is actively involved in the South Florida legal community and is recognized as an emerging leader within the profession. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Miami-Dade Bar Young Lawyers Section and holds leadership positions with the Miami-Dade Florida Association of Women Lawyers. She has also been selected for the prestigious Robert C. Josefsberg Leadership Academy and the Women’s Leadership Academy.
Glenn earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as President of the Federal Bar Association, was a managing writing Dean’s Fellow, was a member of the Race and Social Justice Law Review, was in the Children and Youth Law Clinic, and was recognized with multiple academic honors and awards. She received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing, cum laude, from the University of Florida.
Her professional achievements have been recognized through numerous honors, including selection to Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars, the Miami-Dade Bar Young Lawyers Section’s “40 Under 40” Award, the Miami-Dade Bar’s “Circle of Excellence” Rising Leader in Probate and Guardianship Award, and Ms. Esquire’s “Money Maker” Award.
When she is not advocating for clients, Glenn enjoys giving back through her work with the Junior League of Miami, discovering new restaurants, and staying active through Pilates.
