Born and raised in Miami, John Hinz serves as Senior Litigation Counsel at EPGD Law, where he focuses on commercial litigation. He earned both his bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor from Florida International University, proudly representing his hometown in his professional and academic pursuits.
John has litigated a wide range of civil matters, including labor and employment disputes, construction litigation involving liens, unlicensed contractors, and construction defects, as well as disputes between developers and associations, and insurance litigation. His comprehensive litigation experience allows him to navigate complex commercial issues with strategic insight and precision.
He believes that practicing law is about finding meaningful solutions and upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. John approaches every case with diligence, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to his clients.
Outside the courtroom, John enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is an avid fan of the Miami Hurricanes, Florida Panthers, and FC Bayern Munich.
