Holding a Legum Baccalaureus from the University of Sao Paulo Law and a former member of the Sao Paulo Bar Association, Rafael Ribeiro was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil. He is currently pursuing his J.D. at the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to moving permanently to the U.S. in 2023, he practiced law in Brazil for over two decades, including roles as general counsel and a Brazilian ‘Big Law’ partner. His experience spans cross-border M&A, corporate governance, equity capital markets, and contract law. His personal interests include science, science fiction, music, and traveling.
