Trusts and Estates Associate
Patricia Lopez Padron is an Associate in the Trusts and Estates department at EPGD Business Law. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters.
Before law school, Patricia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with a special interest in legal psychology, and a minor in Criminal Justice.
While in law school, Patricia was on the executive board of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society as well as the Elder Law Society, and earned a certificate in Elder Law. Additionally, Patricia served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Celeste H. Muir in the Probate Division for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Following her experience in court, Patricia clerked at a recognized estate planning firm and drafted estate plans for domestic and international high net worth clients.
Prior to joining EPGD Business Law, Patricia worked as an attorney handling family law and probate matters. Having personally experienced the importance and complexities of wealth succession, estate administration, and proper estate planning, Patricia’s goal is to help clients create a plan tailored to their individual needs and wishes. She is also dedicated and passionate about assisting in all aspects of probate and guardianship cases. Being born and raised in Miami, Patricia is fluent in English and Spanish.
In her free time, Patricia spends time with her husband, daughter, goldendoodle, and family and friends.
